Mechanic Scrub combines exfoliating ground coffee and walnut with cleansing bentonite clay and goat milk soap to remove grease and dirt effectively. Shea butter moisturizes skin, while distilled water ensures a smooth, balanced formulation suitable for heavy-duty hand cleaning.
